Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase, so we offer a 5-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase.  you can return it for a full refund .

To return an item, please contact us on customercare@heerzara.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging. They must also be untagged, unworn and unwashed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged(Torn). You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Exchange Policy

The exchange policy allows for only mismatched size exchanges. Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.
